  6. Indian Nationality (for all candidates, if it is not mentioned in the School leaving certificate). In lieu of the “Certificate of Indian Nationality” any one of the following certificate will also be acceptable-
    1. The School leaving Certificate indicating the Nationality of the candidate as ‘Indian’.
    2. Indian Passport in the name of the candidate, issued by appropriate authorities.
    3. Birth Certificate of the Candidate indicating the place of birth in India.
  7. Caste Certificate, Caste Validity and Non-Creamy Layer (Valid Up to 31 March 2026) (if applicable) for backward classes of Maharashtra state candidates.
  8. Migration Certificate (for other than Maharashtra State Board)
  9. Eligibility certificate from RTM Nagpur University (Other than Maharashtra State Board)
  10. Proforma – 'O' (only for Minority Christian Students).

  1. All the original documents are to be submitted at the time of admission.
  2. Keep the soft copies of all original documents before submitting.
  3. The candidates taking admission are required to preserve photocopies of the documents submitted at the time of admissions with them for further use.

1. The above fee is not the final fees for AY 2025-2026 the difference amount has to be paid by the student after the final fees is declared by the fees Fixation committee, i.e. Fee Regulating Authority  (FRA),Government of Maharashtra for the 2025-2026.

2. CAP admitted category students are required to pay the full fees, if they fail to submit the Scholarship / Free ship Form in due to time or if the Form is rejected by the Social Welfare Department

Eligibility Criteria

First Year Engineering and Technology :-
  • 1) Maharashtra State Candidature Candidate.
    • i) The Candidate should be an Indian National;
    • ii) Passed HSC or its equivalent examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the Chemistry or Biotechnology or Biology or Technical Vocational subject or Computer Science or Information Technology or Informatics Practices or Agriculture or Engineering Graphics or Business Studies and obtained at least 45 % marks (at least 40 % marks, in case of Backward Class categories, Economically Weaker Section and Persons with Disability category candidates belonging to Maharashtra State), in the above ¨ subjects taken together; and the Candidate should have appeared in all the subjects in CET and should obtain non zero score in CET conducted by the Competent Authority;
    • OR
    • ii) Passed Diploma in Engineering and Technology and obtained at least 45 % marks (at least 40 % marks, in case of Backward Class categories, Economically Weaker Section and Persons with Disability category candidates belonging to Maharashtra State);
    2) All India Candidature Candidates, Jammu and Kashmir Migrant Candidature Candidates.
    • i) The Candidate should be an Indian National;
    • ii) Passed HSC or its equivalent examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the Chemistry or Biotechnology or Biology or Technical Vocational subject or Computer Science or Information Technology or Informatics Practices or Agriculture or Engineering Graphics or Business Studies and obtained at least 45 % marks (at least 40 % marks, in case of Backward Class categories, Economically Weaker Section and Persons with Disability category candidates belonging to Maharashtra State) in the above subjects taken together; and should obtain non zero positive score in JEE (Main) B.E./B.Tech or the candidate should have appeared in all the subjects in CET and should obtain non zero score in CET conducted by the Competent Authority. However preference shall be given to the candidate obtaining non zero positive score in JEE (Main) B.E./B.Tech over the candidates who obtained non zero score in CET;
    • OR
    • ii) Passed Diploma in Engineering and Technology and obtained at least 45 % marks (at least 40 % marks, in case of Backward Class categories, Economically Weaker Section and Persons with Disability category candidates belonging to Maharashtra State );
    3) NRI / OCI / PIO, Children of Indian workers in the Gulf countries, Foreign National.
    • i) The candidate should have passed the HSC or its equivalent examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the Chemistry or Biotechnology or Biology or Technical Vocational subject or Computer Science or Information Technology or Informatics Practices or Agriculture or Engineering Graphics or Business Studies, and obtained at least 45 % marks in the above subjects taken together;
    • ii) Any other criterion declared from time to time by the appropriate authority as defined under the Act.

Eligibility Criteria

For Maharashtra Candidature Candidate and All India Candidature Candidate,-

  • (i) The Candidate should be an Indian National;
  • (ii) Passed Diploma Course in Engineering and Technology with at least 45% marks (40% marks in case of candidates of Backward Class categories, Economically Weaker Section and Persons with Disability category belonging to Maharashtra State) in appropriate branch of Engineering and Technology from an All India Council for Technical Education or Central or State Government approved Institution or its equivalent;
    Or
    Passed B.Sc. Degree from a University Grants Commission (UGC) or Association of Indian Universities recognized University with at least 45% marks (40% in case of candidates of Backward Class categories, Economically Weaker Section and Persons with Disability category belonging to Maharashtra State ) and passed HSC or its equivalent examination with Mathematics as a subject: Provided that students belonging to this category shall clear the subjects of Engineering Graphics or Engineering Drawing and Engineering Mechanics of the first year Engineering Program along with second year subjects;
    Or
    Passed D.Voc. Stream in the same or allied sector;
  • (iii) In the above cases, a suitable bridge Courses, if required such as in Mathematics may be conducted;
  • (iv) Any other criterion declared from time to time by the appropriate authority as defined under the Act.

Eligibility Criterion

For Maharashtra Candidature Candidate and All India Candidature Candidate,-

  • (i) The Candidate should be an Indian National;
  • (ii) Passed Bachelor Degree in the relevant field of Engineering and Technology or Pharmacy from All India Council for Technical Education or Central or State Government approved institutions or equivalent, with at least 50% marks (at least 45% marks in case of candidates of Backward Class categories, Economically Weaker Section and Persons with Disability category belonging to Maharashtra State);
  • (iii) Passed Bachelor Degree in the relevant course of Engineering and Technology or Pharmacy as specified in the eligibility criteria for admission to a Post Graduate Degree course of the concerned University for which admission is being sought;
  • (iv) Obtained Qualified score in Graduates Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) conducted by the Indian Institute of Technology and valid for the current academic year;
  • OR
  • (iv) Obtained non-Qualified marks in Graduates Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) conducted by the Indian Institute of Technology for the current academic year;
  • OR
  • (iv) For sponsored candidates, minimum of two years of full time work experience in a registered firm/ company/ industry/ educational and/ or research institute/ any Government Department or Government Autonomous Organization in the relevant field in which admission is being sought;
  • (v) GATE Qualified Candidates shall have preference over the not qualified Candidates.

Eligibility Criteria for BBA

Eligibility Criteria First Year Under Graduate Courses in Management (BBA/BMS/BBM):-

  1. Maharashtra State Candidature Candidate
    1. The Candidate should be an Indian National
    2. Passed 10+2 examination with eligibility as per the Admission Policy of the Affiliating University and obtained non zero score in the MAH - BCA/BBA/BMS/BBM CET-2026 conducted by the Competent Authority
  2. All India Candidature Candidates, Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir and Union Territory of Ladakh Migrant Candidature Candidates
    1. The Candidate should be an Indian National
    2. Passed 10+2 examination with eligibility as per the Affiliating University Admission Policy and obtained non zero positive score in Common University Entrance Test (CUET) Under Graduate (UG) or obtained non zero score in MAH - BCA/BBA/BMS/BBM CET 2026 conducted by the Competent Authority. However preference shall be given to the candidate obtained non zero positive score in Common University Entrance Test (CUET) Under Graduate (UG) over the candidates obtained non zero score MAH - BCA/BBA/BMS/BBM CET-2026 conducted by the Competent Authority.
  3. NRI/OCI/PIO, Children of Indian workers in the Gulf countries, Foreign National
    1. The candidate should have passed 10+2 examination with eligibility as per the Admission Policy of the Affiliating University; OR
    2. The candidate should have passed AICTE approved Diploma in Commercial Practice or equivalent; iii) Any other eligibility criteria or requirements declared from time to time by the appropriate authority as defined under the Act.

Eligibility Criteria for BCA

Eligibility Criteria First Year Under Graduate Courses in Computer Application (BCA):-

  1. Maharashtra State Candidature Candidate
    1. The Candidate should be an Indian National
    2. Passed 10+2 examination with eligibility as per the Admission Policy of the Affiliating University and obtained non zero score in MAH - BCA/BBA/BMS/BBM CET-2026 conducted by the Competent Authority; OR
    3. Passed AICTE approved Diploma in Commercial Practice or equivalent
  2. All India Candidature Candidates, Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir and Union Territory of Ladakh Migrant Candidature Candidates
    1. The Candidate should be an Indian National
    2. Passed 10+2 examination with eligibility as per the Admission Policy of the Affiliating University and obtained non zero positive score in Common University Entrance Test (CUET) Under Graduate (UG) or obtained non zero score in MAH - BCA/BBA/BMS/BBM CET-2026 conducted by the Competent Authority. Eligibility Criteria First Year Post Graduate Degree Management (MBA/MMS):-

  1. Maharashtra State Candidature Candidate
    1. The Candidate should be an Indian National.
    2. Passed minimum three year Bachelor’s Degree awarded by any of the Universities recognized by the University Grants Commission (UGC) or Association of Indian Universities (AIU) in any discipline with at least fifty per cent marks in aggregate or equivalent (at least forty five per cent in case of candidates of Reserved categories, Economically Weaker Section and Persons With Disability candidates belonging to Maharashtra State only) or its equivalent.
    3. The candidate should have obtained non zero score in MAH MBA/MMS-CET 2026 conducted by the Competent Authority.
  2. All India Candidature Candidates, Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir and Union Territory of Ladakh Migrant Candidature Candidates
    1. The Candidate should be an Indian National.
    2. Passed minimum three year Bachelor’s Degree awarded by a University recognized by the University Grants Commission (UGC) or Association of Indian Universities (AIU) in any discipline with at least fifty per cent marks in aggregate or equivalent (at least forty five per cent in case of candidates of Reserved categories, Economically Weaker Section and Persons With Disability candidates belonging to Maharashtra State only) or its equivalent.

      • Management Aptitude Test (MAT) conducted by All India Management Association
      • Graduate Management Aptitude Test (GMAT) conducted by Graduate Management Admission Council, USA
  3. NRI/OCI/PIO, Children of Indian workers in the Gulf countries, Foreign National
    1. The candidate should have passed minimum three year Bachelor’s Degree awarded by a University recognized by the University Grants Commission (UGC) or Association of Indian Universities (AIU) in any discipline with at least fifty per cent marks in aggregate or its equivalent.

Eligibility Criteria for MCA

Eligibility Criteria First Year Post Graduate Course in Computer Applications (MCA):-

  1. Maharashtra State Candidature Candidates, All India Candidature Candidates, Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir and Union Territory of Ladakh Migrant Candidature Candidates
    1. The Candidate should be an Indian National.
    2. Passed any graduation degree (e.g. B.E. or B.Tech. or B.Sc. or B.Com. or B.A. or B. Voc. or BCA etc.) preferably with Mathematics at 10+2 level or at Graduation level and obtained at least fifty per cent marks (at least forty five per cent in case of candidates of Reserved Categories, Economically Weaker Section and Persons with Disability category belonging to Maharashtra State) in the qualifying examination.
    3. The candidate should have obtained non zero score in MAH-MCA CET 2026 conducted by the Competent Authority.
  2. NRI/OCI/PIO, Children of Indian workers in the Gulf countries, Foreign National
    1. The candidate should have passed any graduation degree (e.g. B.E. or B.Tech. or B.Sc. or B.Com. or B.A. or B. Voc. or BCA etc.) preferably with Mathematics at 10+2 level or at Graduation level and obtained at least fifty per cent marks in aggregate or equivalent.
    2. Any other eligibility criteria and requirement declared from time to time by the appropriate authority as defined under the Act.
