- To cultivate a profound culture of research awareness amongst faculty members and students.
- To foster collaborative synergy between researchers, promoting groundbreaking interdisciplinary research.
- To establish robust connections and cooperative networks with diverse sectors, including industry, R&D organizations, international universities, and leading regulatory bodies.
- To spearhead the transformation of SVPCET into a globally renowned center for research and development excellence.
Objectives
- To orchestrate an array of prestigious events, including national and international conferences, quality research workshops, patent seminars, symposia, and distinguished guest lectures, all aimed at significantly enhancing research awareness and engagement.
- To develop research capability of students and faculty members by improving participation in quality STTPs / FDPs / Skill Development Programs / Industrial Training / National & International Conferences & Research Publications in Reputed Journals.
- To expedite dynamic collaboration and interaction among researchers engaged in both disciplinary and interdisciplinary research.
- To inspire and empower every faculty member to excel in research proposal writing and actively participate in R&D activities, ultimately leading to the attainment of doctoral degrees.
Institute R & D Activities
The following are deemed to be accepted as R & D activities by R & D Cell of the Institute:
- Sponsored research projects from External funding agencies (State and Central)
- Internal sponsored research projects
- Research collaborations of faculty with National and International organizations
- Promote and support organization of Conference/Seminar/Symposia/Short Term Training Programs/Faculty development Programs/Workshops for dissemination of knowledge.
- Publishing quality papers in National and International Journals and Conferences
- Applying for National and International Patents / Copyrights
