The Department of Computer Science and Business Systems organized the IGNITE Opening Ceremony and Expert Session on October 8, 2025. The event marked the inauguration of the new IGNITE term and the handover of leadership to the newly appointed student team.

The expert session was conducted by Dr. Sanjay Raghatate, Executive Director of Oxford Speakers Academy and a D.Litt. recipient, who spoke on advanced communication skills, leadership development, and classified vocabulary. The program included a traditional lamp-lighting ceremony and keynote addresses by Principal Dr. Vijay Wadhai and HOD Dr. Praveen Sen.

The event was organized by the Department faculty along with the outgoing IGNITE leadership team led by former President Mr. Mathew Binoy. The ceremony concluded with the transition of leadership to the new President, Mr. Joe Francis, and his executive team, reinforcing IGNITE’s mission to integrate technology, business, and leadership development.
