Department of Civil Engineering in association with ICI Students Chapter & Adani Cement Group Organized "Adani Cement FutureX Interaction with Students" program on date 20/01/2026 with the objective of strengthening industry–academia interaction and exposing students to current practices and expectations of the construction industry. The program aimed to provide practical insights into the cement and infrastructure sector while guiding students toward industry-oriented career development.

Mr. Vinod Bahety CEO- Cement Business Adani Group delivered an insightfull session on Adani FutureX. The session was conducted under the FutureX initiative of Adani Cement, which focuses on nurturing young engineering talent through industry engagement, technical mentorship, and skill development.

During the interaction, students were introduced to Adani Cement’s vision, product range, quality control practices, and emphasis on sustainability and green construction. The speakers highlighted the importance of technical competence, ethical practices, teamwork, and continuous learning for a successful engineering career. The session was highly interactive, with students actively participating in discussions and seeking guidance on career opportunities, skill development, internships, and industry expectations. The experts encouraged students to stay updated with emerging technologies and standards in core engineering branches. Total 262 students of 2^nd, and 3^rd year of Civil, Electrical and Mechanical Engineering actively participated in this special program.
