TECHNEX 25–26

Nagpur witnessed a vibrant celebration of technology and innovation with the successful organization of TECHNEX 25–26, the National Level Technical Festival, at St. Vincent Pallotti College of Engineering & Technology (SVPCET), Nagpur, on 18th and 19th December 2025. The two-day technical extravaganza was conducted with the objective of fostering innovation, enhancing technical skills, and encouraging interdisciplinary collaboration among students.

TECHNEX 25–26 recorded over 3,400 student participations, including 2,300+ participants in competitive events and 1,100+ participants in hands-on workshops, with enthusiastic participation from premier institutions across the country. The fest provided a dynamic platform for students to showcase technical competence, creativity, and problem-solving abilities.

This edition of TECHNEX featured 13 flagship events spanning diverse domains such as coding, robotics, design, gaming, management, and innovation. Major technical and competitive events included Hackathon, Overdrive 7.0, Envision, Game-a-Thon, Design X, Coastal Clash, Mind to Market, Drift Fury, Vortex, and Gamer’s Conquest.

A special highlight of TECHNEX 25–26 was the introduction of Synergy Sphere, a curated cluster of analytical and problem-solving events aimed at enhancing logical reasoning, creativity, and rapid decision-making skills. The Synergy Sphere events included TechQuest, Robo Sumo, and Scrutinizing Humane, which received an excellent response from participants.

The festival offered a total prize pool of up to ₹7,00,000, motivating participants to demonstrate innovation, competitiveness, and technical excellence across all events.

TECHNEX 25–26 witnessed participation from students representing several prestigious institutions, including IIT Mandi, IIIT Bhopal, IIIT Nagpur, VNIT Nagpur, VIT Pune, COEP Pune, BITS Pilani, IIM Hyderabad, IIM Nagpur, UPES Dehradun, Lovely Professional University, Amity University Noida, Hindu College Delhi, Ramdeobaba University, and various Government Colleges of Engineering and regional institutions from across the country.

The successful execution of TECHNEX 25–26 was made possible under the guidance of Dr. Deepali Borakhade (Advisor), with Prof. Shankar Gadhve (Faculty Coordinator) and Prof. Suyog Dhote (Faculty Co-Coordinator) providing academic leadership. The student leadership team, led by Kartik Rao Barnala and Gunjan Dhore (Student Coordinators), with Kelvin Cherian and Bhumika Verma (Student Co-Coordinators), along with Vaibhav Varma and Sayali Bambal (People & Operations Strategists), played a crucial role in ensuring smooth coordination and execution of the fest.

The valedictory moments of TECHNEX 25–26 reflected on the immense learning, collaboration, and professional networking achieved during the event. The festival concluded successfully as a celebration of innovation, technical excellence, and collaborative learning, leaving lasting memories and inspiring young minds to become future-ready engineers and leaders.
