St. Vincent Pallotti College of Engineering & Technology (SVPCET), Nagpur, successfully hosted its annual mega cultural and technical fest INSIGHT 2K25–26, themed “CARNIFROST”, celebrating innovation, creativity, and unity. The multi-day event brought together students, faculty, alumni, and dignitaries in a vibrant showcase of cultural diversity, talent, and campus spirit.

The fest was graced by the esteemed presence of Dr. Fr. Joy Palachuvattil, Chairman and President, Nagpur Pallottine Society, as the Chief Guest. The event was further honoured by Dr. Fr. Paul Chandrankunnel, Director, SVPCET, Dr. Vijay M. Wadhai, Principal, SVPCET, Fr. Siju Jose, Financial Administrator, Fr. Roby P. A., Assistant Financial Administrator, Fr. Stanley Wilson, Management Member, and Dr. Prashant Brajmohan Maheshwary, Director (QM & ID), along with Deans, Cell In-charges, Heads of Departments, faculty members, and teaching and non-teaching staff.

INSIGHT 2K25–26 was conducted under the mentorship of Dr. Sachin Nagmote, with Dr. Ashish R. Dandekar serving as Faculty Coordinator, Dr. Shubhangi Chaware as Faculty Co-Coordinator, and Dr. Ashlesha Nagpure as Sports In-charge. Ansheel Salodkar led the student team as the Student Coordinator.

The fest featured a series of engaging pre-events, including Super Saturday, Insight Inauguration, Pralaya Band, Jamming Session, MasterChef, Strokes of Art, and multiple sports competitions, which received enthusiastic participation from students across all departments.

Day 1 – Traditional Day (20th December 2025)

The formal inauguration commenced at 3:15 PM with the welcoming of dignitaries, lighting of the ceremonial lamp, scripture reading, and a welcome dance. Cultural performances such as Alfaaz and Natsamrat highlighted poetry, drama, and expressive stage art. The Sports Award Ceremony recognized outstanding student achievements, followed by energetic events including Match the Beats, and concluded with an electrifying Pralaya Live Rock Band performance and DJ session.

Day 2 – Western Day

The second day featured contemporary cultural performances, including musical renditions under Sursangam, the Cultural Award Ceremony, Core Walk introducing the core team, and the announcement of Student of the Year. The fashion segment Riwaaz captivated the audience with creativity and elegance. The celebrations concluded with a high-energy DJ session.

INSIGHT 2K25–26 was generously sponsored by Shabana Bakery, Parera Coffee, Khoka Again, and The Food Connect, whose support contributed significantly to the grand success of the fest. The sponsors were felicitated during the closing ceremony in appreciation of their role in empowering student initiatives.

INSIGHT 2K25–26 successfully blended tradition with modern expression, offering students a platform to develop leadership, teamwork, communication, creativity, and organizational skills. Beyond entertainment, the fest fostered collaboration, networking across disciplines, and provided a refreshing break from academic routines. The event concluded on a high note, leaving lasting memories and reinforcing SVPCET’s commitment to holistic student development.
