The Department of Vocation, St. Vincent Pallotti College of Engineering & Technology, Nagpur, in association with InstaIQ and HCL Technologies, successfully conducted the Pre-Placement Readiness Index (PPRI) Assessment Program and Mock Drives on 8th and 9th September 2025 for final-year B.Voc students. The program began with an inspiring opening address by Mr. Aniket Wadekar, Sr. Executive at HCL Technologies, followed by panel discussions featuring eminent professionals from Accenture, Quest Hyderabad, Microsoft Hyderabad, Saavi Philippines, and P360, who shared valuable industry insights. Students actively participated in mock interviews, technical interviews, and group discussions, gaining hands-on experience of real placement processes. Each student further received an individual PPRI analysis with a personalized action plan, designed to identify strengths and areas of improvement. The closing ceremony marked the successful culmination of this two-day program, leaving students enriched with confidence, constructive feedback, and clarity to shape their professional journey ahead, while strengthening the bond between academia and industry.
