Hands-on Workshop on “Advance Python Programming”
The Department of Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) organized a hands-on workshop on “Advanced Python Programming” on 19th July 2025 in classroom S-06. The workshop was conducted by Mr. Pravesh Bawangade, Founder & CTO of United Protocol, Delhi, and was attended by second-year IIoT students.
The session focused on advanced Python concepts such as object-oriented programming, exception handling, file operations, and the use of popular libraries including NumPy, Pandas, and requests for API integration. The interactive format allowed students to practice coding in real-time and clarify their doubts with the resource person.
Participants gained valuable practical skills in writing modular and reusable Python code, as well as integrating external libraries for real-world applications. The workshop enhanced their programming proficiency and problem-solving capabilities, preparing them for academic projects and industry challenges.
Coordinated by Prof. Rohan Vaidya, the event was a successful initiative to strengthen students’ technical knowledge and hands-on experience in programming within the Industrial IoT curriculum.
