The Department of Vocation, SVPCET, organized a guidance session on “Insight to Ace Placements from HR Desk” for 5th semester B.VOC students of Software Development, Cyber Security, and VRAR on 17th July 2025. The session featured Mr. Aditya Fulzele, Talent Specialist at Collabera and alumnus of the 2023 Electrical Engineering batch.Mr. Fulzele shared valuable HR insights on resume building, interview preparation, and essential skills for successful placements. The session motivated students to enhance both technical and soft skills for career success. A total of 88 students attended this insightful session.The interactive Q&A segment reflected the enthusiasm and curiosity among the attendees. PO5, PO7, and PO8 were successfully attained. The event was coordinated by Prof. Aditya Khandare and received active participation from students.
