The Department of Mechanical Engineering, in collaboration with the Career Development Centre (CDC), organized a guest lecture on "Interview Techniques and Resume Writing" on July 21, 2025, from 2:15 PM to 4:15 PM in Room S-20, Block A, for 7th Semester Mechanical Engineering students. Coordinated by Prof. Pramodkumar Borle, the session was conducted by Ms. Sneha Taori, a renowned TEDx speaker, business coach, and corporate trainer from Nagpur.

The lecture aimed to prepare pre-final-year students for the recruitment process by enhancing their employability skills. Ms. Taori shared practical strategies on creating professional resumes and cover letters tailored to various industry roles. She also discussed interview techniques, focusing on body language, communication, and self-confidence. Real-life examples and role-plays helped students practice highlighting their strengths and achievements to prospective employers.

The session motivated students to adopt a proactive approach toward career readiness and skill development. By the end, students gained essential tools for crafting effective resumes and performing confidently in interviews.
