Entrepreneurship Development Program: "New AI Tools for Development of Students' Startups"

The Entrepreneurship Development Program titled "New AI Tools for Development of Students' Startups" was held on 4th March 2025 for students across various engineering disciplines, including Artificial Intelligence (AI), Civil Engineering (CE), Computer Science and Engineering - Data Science (CSE-DS), Computer Science and Engineering - Computer Science (CSE-CS), Electrical Engineering, Electronics and Telecommunication, Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT), and Information Technology (IT).

The event featured three distinguished speakers, all successful alumni and entrepreneurs, who shared their experiences and valuable insights with the students:

  • Mr. Yash Kanhad, an alumnus and entrepreneur, spoke about his journey of transforming innovative ideas into successful businesses. He shared practical advice on navigating the challenges of entrepreneurship and leveraging AI to enhance business development.
  • Mr. Piyush Asudani, another successful alumnus, discussed his startup journey and the importance of utilizing AI to drive business growth. He highlighted how AI can be applied to various industries to optimize processes and create impactful solutions.
  • Mr. Prajwal Chandak, a third alumnus, offered his perspective on how AI can shape the future of startups. He provided insights into incorporating AI technologies to refine startup ideas and accelerate their development.

The event was coordinated by Dr. Homeshwar Nagpure and Dr. Manish Bhadke from the Department of Mechanical Engineering. Their guidance ensured that the session provided students with the necessary tools to integrate AI into their entrepreneurial projects, helping them build innovative solutions and scale their startup ideas.
