A One-Day Workshop on Cultivating Human Excellence

On January 5, 2025, St. Vincent Pallotti College of Engineering & Technology in Nagpur, in collaboration with St. Francis Higher Secondary School, Bilaspur, hosted the third edition of the "Cultivating Human Excellence" workshop.

The workshop commenced with a warm welcome by the Convener, Dr. Abhranil Banerjee, who highlighted the importance of nurturing future-ready students through innovative educational practices.

The keynote address by Mr. G. Balasubramaniam, former Director of Academics at CBSE, New Delhi, emphasized the role of academic innovation in achieving educational excellence. Mrs. Bharati Bijwe, Principal of Sandipani School, Nagpur, discussed the importance of holistic report cards that assess students' emotional, social, and academic growth. Additionally, Mrs. Reena Dargan, Head of Operations at Priyadarshini Group of Schools, Nagpur, demonstrated the transformative potential of experiential learning through hands-on experiences.

The workshop saw active participation from 105 faculty members, including principals and teachers from secondary and senior secondary levels, engaging discussions and idea-sharing sessions.

The event concluded with Dr. Madhura Kulkarni, Co-Convener, extending heartfelt gratitude to all contributors, while reiterating the collective commitment to applying the insights gained to foster an educational ecosystem that promotes excellence and holistic student development.
