The Department of Engineering, Sciences & Humanities organized a Parent-Teacher Interaction on Saturday, November 30th, 2024, from 9:30 am to 1:00 pm on the 3rd Floor of Academic Block B.

The event aimed to update parents on their ward's attendance, academic performance, and participation in extracurricular activities through one-on-one meetings with Class Counsellors, Co-Class Counsellors, and Subject Teachers.

Parents engaged actively in discussions, seeking insights into their child's strengths and areas for improvement. To support academic progress, students who failed in three or more subjects met the Academic Coordinator and HoD, ES&H. Students failing five or more subjects were required to meet the Dean of Academics for in-depth counseling.

Feedback from parents included both appreciation and suggestions. Refreshments were provided at the end of the event. A total of 312 students’ parents attended, with an overall footfall of 484.

The event was coordinated by Mrs. Prachi Pande and Mr. Indrajeet Varhadpande, with the help of student volunteers, under the able guidance of Dr. Sucheta Moharir, HoD, ES&H. Dr. Rajashree Anwane, Academic Coordinator, Group I, and Dr. Ashish Bodhaye, Academic Coordinator, Group II, supported the entire process.
