The Department of Industrial IoT organised an expert session on "Insights on Industrial IoT" on August 3, 2024, from 11:15 am to 01:15 pm.

The session was conducted by Mr. Vivek Santoshkumar Tiwari, Assistant Manager, Infrastructure Systems Division, Hitachi India Pvt. Ltd. Nagpur. The session focused on Automation and Networking in Industry, various Communication Protocols in Industry, overview of IIoT, short discussion about PLC, SCADA, expectations from Industry from a Fresher and general career guidance.

A total of 52 students from the second year actively participated in the session. Prof. Amol W. Pardhi coordinated the event, and special thanks were extended to Dr. M. Shriraghavan, Head of the Department, and the management for their continuous support.
