Guidelines:-

1. Only 2019, 2020, 2021 graduates will be receiving the degree in the Graduation Ceremony, scheduled on 11th March, 2023.

2. The last date of online registration is 04th March 2023, no request for registration will be entertained thereafter. No registration will be considered through WHATSAPP messages, SMS or PHONE CALL or any medium other than authorized registration link.

3. No on-spot registration is allowed for the Graduation Ceremony.

4. All registered graduates must report to the college personally on 11th March 2023 between 9.30 am to 10.30 am, and sign the physical registration sheets

5. Degree will be distributed on stage only to those graduates who have registered online ( on or before 5th March, 2023) and also reported & signed on the physical registration sheet themselves between 9.30 am to 10.30 am on the day of event i.e 11th March 2023.

6. The graduation gown and cap will be provided for graduation ceremony between 9.30 am – 10.30 a.m. which graduate has to personally return to the registration counter after the ceremony concludes.

7. Graduation Gown and Cap will not be issued after 10.30 am under any circumstances whatsoever.

8. Seat number will be allotted to every graduate receiving the degree on dais. Graduates are required to occupy their allotted seats by 10.40 am. Seat allotted should not be changed.

9.No graduate will be allowed to enter the graduation hall after 10.45 am. Graduates will not be allowed to leave the hall until the completion of the ceremony.

10.Those graduates who have successfully registered online but failed to report for physical registration on the day of event and those who do not occupy their allotted seats before 10.30 am, will not be given degree on stage under any circumstances. They may collect degrees from the administration office after getting required clearances.

11. Those graduates who have successfully registered online but were not able to get original degree on dais are informed to contact administration office.

12. No personal/ mobile photography will be allowed during the program. All the photos of the program will be available on alumni website from which graduates can download it. Mobile phones of all graduates must remain switched off/ Silent throughout the graduation ceremony program.

13. Only in person attendance for Graduation Ceremony is emphasized because of large number of registrations from 3 batches. YouTube live stream will be available link will be provided.

14.The graduation gown and cap has to be returned at the registration counter.

A security amount of Rs 500 /- deposited for graduation ceremony will be refunded into account details provided after graduate returns gown and cap. A Acknowledgement receipt will be issued after graduate as followed all protocols and guidelines.

Steps to Register :-

2) Kindly pay a Security Deposit of Rs 500 online.The  account details are provided on the link shared.

Security Deposit is fully refundable after you attend Graduation Ceremony in person .

3) Take a Screenshot of the Amount Paid and note the Transaction ID details.

4) Fill the  details and Submit your Bank Account Details for refund 

5) Submit the registration form 

6) Detail Schedule of Graduation Ceremony will be emailed to you after you registration.

Instructions  related to Graduation Ceremony 

1) Graduation Ceremony is for only 2019, 2020 and 2021 batch passouts of B.E and M.Tech.

2) Students who have already taken their degree's from College or Students having their  degrees  on hold for Clearance can also register and attend the Graduation Ceremony. 

3) Students to attend the Graduation Ceremony in person .Family and Friends are not allowed to accompany the graduates.

5) Security Deposit of Rs 500 is to be paid online which will be refunded after the Graduate registers and attends the  Graduation Ceremony and follows all the instructions and guidelines given.

6) Amount will be refunded in the Bank Details provided . Graduates to submit a copy of cancelled cheque or photocopy of front page of the  passbook at the registration counter on 11th March 2023

7) Security Deposit is charged because of the logistics related  problems faced in the previous Graduation Ceremony's.

8) Registration can be cancelled upto 28th February 2023. A separate link for cancelation will be sent on 1st February 2023.

Cancelation to be done through this link only and before the last date of registration. No cancelation done after 28th February 2023 will be considered.
