Best Project Award for Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering Students

The Department of Electronics and Telecommunication aims to provide a platform to students to enhance and display their knowledge and creativity through Research and Development. Therefore, they had recently organized “Best Project Award” for its students. The objective of this award is to identify innovative and creative research projects and provide early recognition and incentive to them.

A cash prize worth Rs.10000/- was awarded to the project tilted “Electronic Chlorophyll Reader for Proper Harvesting Decision”, with project members Ashwini Gaikwad, Neelakshi, Nagbhidkar, Kshitij Palikundwar, Manas Patil, Sanskruti  Mahule, Arpita Meshram. A cash prize worth Rs.10000/- was also awarded to project tilted “Designing of Currency Detection Device for Blind People” with project members Mithilesh Marekar, Akshay wararkar ,Parool Nimje Ankush charde, Roshan sardar, Swaraj Thakur. A cash prize worth Rs.7500/- was awarded to the project tilted “Remote Triggered Lab for Conservation of Mechanical Energy”, by Piyusha Vinzey which was carried out in association with IIIT Hyderabad and Agastya Foundation. A cash prize worth Rs.7500/- was awarded to the project tilted, “Energy Efficient and Low cost Retrofit smart analog Water Meter”, by Jaison Jose. A Cash prize worth Rs.5000/- was awarded to the project tilted, “Detection and Analysis of Rotting Onions using IoT”, by Thomas David Tency which was funded by IIIT Hyderabad. A Cash prize worth Rs.5000/- was awarded to the project tilted, “Cattle Releaser”, by Aayush Jaiswal, Aayushi Jaiswal, Sahil Dandekar, Mohit Giri Tejasvi Tarone. The program was coordinated by Dr. Deepali Borakhade.
