An online Induction program was organized on October 25, 2021 for the third semester students of Electrical Engineering Department. The objectives of this program was to aware students about  Outcome Based Education (OBE), benefits of NBA, NAAC accreditation, various academic and co-curricular activities and ICT tools. Dr. N. K. Dhote, Head of Department, gave an overview of the Department and spoke about its activities & achievements.  Dr. (Mrs.) J. P. Rothe explained OBE and benefits of NBA & NAAC. Prof. S. A. Sarmokadam, Academic & co-curricular  coordinator,  explained about academic and feedback  process. He also mentioned about Annual Technical events such as Inventomania and Techneco Entrevista along with other co-curricular activities. Dr. D. S. Wankhede highlighted significance of Parent-Teacher connect, mentoring process, Anti ragging policies and discipline in Institute. Prof. G. S. Gadge shared information about Renewable Energy club and IE(I) student chapter. Prof. D. C. Khadse highlighted the major achievements by alumni at various technical events and created awareness about Alumni connect for the benefits of students. A session on ICT tools was conducted by Prof. S. P. Nagmote, wherein students were made aware about MOOC, SWAYAM & NPTEL courses and Virtual laboratory. Prof. K. A. Onkar delivered a session on Training, Placement and Internship. A presentation was also shown to display the details of various Laboratories in Department. The program was coordinated by Prof. N. P. Mendhe.
