Parent & faculty interaction was conducted on 17-10-2021 at 2:00 pm via Google meet. Head of the department, Dr. P. B. Lanjewar, welcomed the parents and briefed parents about the autonomous status acquired by the institute at the same time he also thanked parents who were present during the autonomy committee visit.  He informed parents about sessional examination which is approaching soon.

Academic coordinator, Dr. Sushant Satputley briefed parents about academics, syllabus coverage and examination pattern which will be followed in the coming examination. He also briefed parents about the skill development courses and recent counselling sessions conducted by the department. Placement scenario prevailing in the region was also discussed.

Following points were raised and discussed in the meet.

Mr. Nandekar discussed the issue of network connectivity faced by the students. He also discussed the presence of students in the campus related to SAE activities.

Prof. Saifullah khan assured that due care is taken to check whether students are attending classes on regular basis along with team related work.

Parents discussed about their queries in detail and inquired about mode of exam conduction: online/ offline, mode of class conduction: offline/ online, bus facilities when offline classes start, current status of campus placements etc.

Dr. P. B. Lanjewar assured parents that both mode of classes will be offered to students at the moment. Once all students receive full vaccination, the department will switch to offline mode of teaching completely. He also shared information regarding campus placements and various training activities.

Mr. Nilesh Pawar congratulated all the faculty members and the entire autonomy team requested to start offline classes as early as possible.

All the faculty members along with HOD and academic coordinator thanked the parents for attending the meeting.
