The Department of Civil Engineering at St. Vincent Pallotti College of Engineering & Technology, Nagpur, organized an alumni talk on 21^st September 2026, aimed at inspiring and guiding current students through the real-world experiences of a department graduate. The session featured Mr. Vaibhav Bokade, an alumnus from the 2023 batch, who is presently working as a Deputy Manager at Bajel Projects Pvt Ltd, Mumbai.

The event was organized as part of the department's ongoing initiative to bridge the gap between academic learning and industry expectations by connecting current students with successful alumni who can offer practical, first-hand insight into life after graduation.

Mr. Bokade addressed the current batch of civil engineering students, sharing his personal and professional journey since leaving college. He spoke candidly about his transition from academics to the professional world, challenges faced early in his career, importance of practical exposure and skill development beyond the curriculum.

The talk was well coordinated by Mr. Sujin George, Assistant Professor, Civil Engineering Department.
