5 Day Skill Development Program on “PCB Design and Fabrication”

The Department of Electrical Engineering recently organized a “Five-Day Skill Development Program on “PCB Design and Fabrication” for the students of the III Semester Electrical Engineering, held from 3rd August 2026 to 7th August 2026. The program was conducted E-ART Technology Pvt. Ltd.

During the five-day program, students were introduced to the PCB design and fabrication process, including fundamental PCB concepts, circuit/schematic development, component placement, PCB layout preparation, routing concepts, design considerations, and fabrication procedures.

The program emphasized hands-on learning, enabling students to understand the practical stages involved in converting an electronic circuit concept into a PCB design and subsequently into a fabricated board. The interaction with the industry resource person also helped students understand practical challenges and professional practices associated with PCB development.

The training program was fully sponsored by the college. The Skill Development Program on “PCB Design and Fabrication” was successfully completed and provided valuable practical exposure to the III Semester students. The five-day hands-on training enhanced students' understanding of PCB development and strengthened their technical skills relevant to electronics, embedded systems, robotics, and project development. The program served as an effective initiative towards skill development, experiential learning, and industry-oriented technical education.

The program was coordinated by Dr. Sachin Nagmote and Dr. Dinesh Wankhede
