Republic Day

St. Vincent Pallotti College of Engineering and Technology (SVPCET) commemorated the 76th Republic Day of India on January 26,2025, with a program marked by patriotic fervor and enthusiasm.

The proceedings began with the formal hoisting of the national flag, a gesture representing national pride and unity. Following the flag hoisting, Dr. Fr. Paul Chandrankunnel, Director of SVPCET, delivered an inspiring address. His speech eloquently articulated the significance of Republic Day, emphasizing the importance of transcending individual differences and collaboratively working towards a shared national vision. Dr. Chandrankunnel underscored the principle of collective responsibility in shaping India's future, motivating all present to contribute meaningfully to the nation's advancement. The celebration continued with a captivating performance of patriotic songs and dances, instilling a profound sense of national pride within the audience. The energy and dedication displayed by the performers enhanced the grandeur of the event and resonated deeply with those in attendance.

The College honored students excelling in sports and cultural events at district, state, national, and international levels. It also felicitated winners of the Book Review Competition organized by the Central Library under Vachan Sankalp Maharashtracha.
