The Department of Information Technology conducted a Parent Teacher Interaction (PTI) on November  16^th, 2024, from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm, specifically for parents of 3^rd, 5^th & 7^th semester students. Dr. M.V. Bramhe, Head of the Department, commenced the interaction by presenting key highlights and initiatives of the Institute and Department, emphasizing the importance of academic and skill development activities. He elaborated on placements, internship and training for hostel students. Outstanding students excelling in academics ESE exam even sem 23-24 and top performing students in MSE examination were felicitated with saplings, alongside their parents. The session also included valuable suggestions from parents for departmental development, followed by visits to classrooms and laboratories, where parents appreciated the teaching learning process & discipline of the department & 100% internship facility provided by the department. With a turnout of 21 parents, the event was smoothly coordinated by Dr. P.C. Golar and the IT department faculty members. A feedback form was distributed, and refreshments were provided, fostering a collaborative atmosphere for meaningful interactions aimed at enhancing student development.
