Leadership Series Talk by Mr Rajesh Jain Inspires Core Branch Students

In an engaging and thought-provoking session held on 29th August 2024, Mr Rajesh Jain, Vice President and Plant Head of JSW Steel Coated Products in Kalmeshwar, Nagpur, addressed 5th-semester SVPCET students from the Mechanical Engineering branch as part of the Leadership Series talk by organised by SVPCET and CII. The topic of his talk, "Building Industry-Ready Graduates: The Life Journey of a Core Industry Plant Head," offered students valuable insights into preparing for successful careers in the manufacturing sector.

During the session, Mr Jain highlighted the importance of life-long learning, stressing that continuous education and staying abreast of industry developments are essential for career advancement. He drew from his experiences to underscore how ongoing learning contributes to adaptability and growth in a dynamic industry.

The speaker also emphasised experiential learning, advocating for hands-on experiences as a bridge between academic theories and practical industry applications.
