Exploring Entrepreneurial Psychology

The Department of Engineering, Science and Humanities recently organized a lecture titled 'The Psychology of an Entrepreneur,' led by Dr. Nitish Gaikwad, Director of Bellwether Research & Counselling Firm, Nagpur. This event spanned over three consecutive days from 20th to 22nd February, with different batches of students, primarily targeting B.Tech second-semester students, attending individual sessions according to their scheduled slots.

The session delved into various facets of entrepreneurial psychology, including Behavioral Economics, Entrepreneurial Biases, Loss Prevention, Revenue Models, and Brand Marketing Psychological Strategies.

The guest lecture series received exceptional feedback from attendees, predominantly comprising students and faculty members. Participants commended the relevance and applicability of the topics, expressing gratitude for the practical insights gained from Dr. Gaikwad's extensive experience.

The event was coordinated by Prof. Aishwarya Verma, under the able guidance of Dr. Sucheta Moharir, First Year Incharge.
