St. Vincent Pallotti College of Engineering & Technology organized an expert lecture on “Career Guidance and Personality Development” as a part of the Vicennial Celebrations on October 12, 2023. The resource person Shri Avinash Dharmadhikari , Former IAS, Former Deputy Secretary to Chief Minister of Maharashtra and Founder Director of Chanakya Mandal Pariwar, Pune stressed on an ‘Action Trilogy’ and motivated students to look within and have knowledge of self and to lead the rapid changes in the world. He kept the audience spellbound with various success stories and anecdotes and inspired students to inculcate professional discipline.
