Industrial visit to Efftronics and Pi Datacentre, Vijaywada

The department of Basic Sciences and Humanities had organised an industrial visit from June 30 to July 1st, 2023, for B.Tech Second-semester (IOT) students. They visited Efftronics and PI Datacenter in Amravathi, Vijaywada to explore solutions for traffic problems and advanced data storage.

Efftronics showcased its aim, including Smart Signaling, Smart Buildings, IoT Solutions, and Smart Cities. The students learned about the company's innovations and how they integrate smart devices and sensors to optimize operations across various industries. Efftronics emphasizes research and development to stay at the forefront of technology, with a dedicated team of engineers and researchers.

Pi Datacenters offered state-of-the-art data center facilities and guidance on placements and research projects. Their services include colocation, managed hosting, disaster recovery, and network connectivity.

Accompanied by faculty members Dr. Sriraghavan Madbhushi, Prof. Indrajeet Varhadpande, and Prof. Shakuntala Yadav, 46 students had a valuable learning experience. Dr. Sriraghavan Madbhushi and Prof. Indrajeet Varhadpande felicitated the officials from Efftronics and PI Datacenters for sharing their valuable expertise with the students, and Prof. Shakuntala Yadav proposed a vote of thanks. Such visits are crucial for students' continuous learning and professional growth.
