Unveiling the world of Electrical Engineering: An Industrial Visit.

The department of Basic Sciences and Humanities had organised an Industrial Visit from 24 th June to 27 th June to Hyderabad for the students of B.Tech, First Year, Electrical Engineering. A total of 37 students had the opportunity to visit two of the most well-known industries and they were accompanied by Prof. Atish Gour & Prof. Vrushali Pethe, along with the non-teaching aide Mr. Rakesh Bopare.

The students first visited Hindustan Coca-cola Pvt. Ltd. where they were given an overview of how their favorite beverages are packaged, their global sale status and how the overall machinery works.

Next, the students visited Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL), where the students learned how the steamers work along with detailed guide on the working of industrial turbines followed by an expert lecture on how the industry works.

Additionally, the students had the chance to visit Birla Science Museum which essentially works for generating awareness about science, space, history and culture of all places around the world.
