The Department of Information Technology had organized an expert lecture on “Power Bi” on 25th November 2022. Mr. Milan Singh Bais, Business Analyst, Pathak India pvt Ltd, Nagpur was invited as the resource person.

He shared with the students detailed information regarding Power Bi. He further explained how the knowledge of Power Bi helps to create effective dashboards required for data analysis. Mr. Milan also encouraged the students to create a dashboard in Power Bi using a sample dataset which is readily available on Kaggle. He also demonstrated, creation of a dashboard and requested students to create one on their own. All insights reated to the demo dashboard were discussed with the students and the effectiveness of power Bi tool was compared with other tools.
