The Department of Information Technology had organized an Alumni Interaction on “Purpose of Business Intelligence in the Business World” on 17th September 2022, 12:00 PM to 01:00 PM. Mr. Tanmay Chauhan, Micro strategy Developer, Nice Software Solutions, Nagpur, Alumni, 2022 batch was invited as the speaker. He shared information regarding placements, internship, aptitude tests and interview preparation. 

He further explained how the knowledge of Microstrategy helps in creating effective dashboards required for data analysis. Mr. Tanmay also encouraged the students who are placed in Nice Software Solutions and Infocepts, the importance of DBMS and SQL and what are the opportunities available to them. He also guided other students on getting placed in their respective domains and what should be their strategies. He also showed a demo project on how Dashboard is created. 

Students enthusiastically interacted during the session and found the session helpful and informative. At the end of the session, all their queries were addressed.
