The Department of Mechanical Engineering had arranged an Alumnus Interaction on 8^th February 2022 at 2:00 PM for the students of Sixth Semester.

Mr. Abhik Sarkar, Data Engineer(Assistant System Engineer) Tata Consultancy Services and Alumni Batch 2021 was invited to interact with the students.

Mr. Abhik Sarkar enthusiastically guided the students on how to prepare for aptitude and coding to get placed in the IT Sector. He also urged students to aspire for M.S.,  and also participate in conferences and present research and technical papers to  become technically sound. He advised students to utilize their time wisely and prepare themselves for the jobs during their four years of Engineering.

Students interacted with Mr. Abhik and got their queries answered on certifications, skills and requirements in the IT Sector, higher studies and opportunities abroad and also how to prepare for M.S. from Germany.
