The Department of Information Technology had organized an ISTE sponsored guest lecture on “Interview and Interpersonal Skills” on 4^th March 2022, 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM. Mr. Hitesh Dewani, Founder Director, HR Mentors was invited as the resource person. At the outset, Mr. Hitesh Dewani spoke about interview questions and provided basic information on how to proactively answer the questions and how to present yourself in an interview.

Later he explained more about interpersonal skills such as Verbal communication, Non-verbal communication, decision-making, and Listening skills and its relevance in the workplace. Students enthusiastically participated and interacted during the session and found the session helpful and informative.
