Career Guidance Cell, Mechanical Engineering Department had organized a two week Faculty Development Program on “Aptitude Skill Development : Train the Trainer” form 14^th to 25^th Feb 2022. The FDP received a good response from academicians of Engineering, Science and Management Institutes from all over Maharashtra and other states having 85 registrations.

Dr.Surendra Gole, Prof.Shripad Deo and Prof.Kunal Onkar delivered lectures and provided hands on experience on 19 aptitude related topics. A quiz was conducted at the end of each day, which helped in evaluating the performance of each participant. As per the eligibility criteria 23 participants successfully completed the training and received certification for the same.

  Dr. Ghanshyam Boob, Incharge Career Guidance cell worked as FDP coordinator and organized it under the able guidance of Dr.P.B. Lanjewar, HOD, Mechanical and Dr.S.V. Gole, Principal, SVPCET. Prof. Shantanu Kolharkar and Prof.P.R. Bhagat worked hard for the success of this program. Prof. Namrata Nagpurkar worked as MOC for Inauguration and Valedictory both.
