Gandhi Jayanti celebration and observance of International Non-Violence Day was organized online for NSS Volunteers and faculty coordinators on 02-10-2021 .

         Mr. Manoj Bhoyar, Assistant Editor, Jay Maharashtra News Channel was the guest speaker. He emphasized on the importance to uplift the values and ideas of Gandhiji among students as well as teachers. He personally feels that the, increasing communal and social tensions in the society today, has made it imperative to accept Gandhiji’s ideologies to resurrect harmony, peace and stability. Sir, also stated that Gandhian ideas of sustainable development are the only way out to save the world from greed and unhealthy competition.

 Miss. Gauri Thatte, expressed the vote of thanks for the event. The efforts of Prof. P.J. Borle & Prof. Anthony Augustine made the programme a success.
