Alumni Cell of Mechanical Engineering department organized a alumni talk webinar on “Career in Marine Engineering” by Mr. Saurav Das alumnus of Mechanical Engineering 2019 batch. This was scheduled on 18/12/2020 between 2pm to 4pm online and the targeted audience were 3rd and 4th year students of ME and final year students of EE and ETC

   Mr. Saurav is working as Engine Cadet at Anglo Eastern Ship Management Company and has completed his 1 Year degree course in Marine Engineering. He has shared various details about the myths and facts in marine engineering. He guided the students on how to apply for marine engineering course, what are the different colleges available for this course and what is the work culture and career growth plan in this field for Mechanical, Electrical and Electronics students.

Many doubts and questions raised by students are answered during the session. Prof. Tushar A Aneyrao from ME, Prof. Dushyant C Khadse from EE and Prof. Nishat A. Faizee from ETC were present during the interaction.
